2. Services Offered
Astrologer Ashish Somani provides the following professional services:
- Vedic Astrology & Birth Chart (Kundali) Readings
- Predictive Astrology Consultations
- Career, Business & Finance Astrology
- Relationship & Marriage Astrology
- Residential Vastu Consultations (homes & apartments)
- Commercial Vastu Consultations (offices, shops, showrooms)
- Industrial Vastu (factories, warehouses, manufacturing units)
- Astro-Vastu (combined astrological and spatial energy analysis)
- Numerology & Palmistry Consultations
Services may be provided in person at our Ahmedabad office, or remotely via phone, video call, or WhatsApp, at the mutual convenience of the client and the astrologer.
3. Appointments & Bookings
All consultations are by appointment only. The following conditions apply to all bookings:
- Appointments must be booked in advance through our website, phone, or WhatsApp
- Birth details (name, date of birth, time of birth, and place of birth) must be provided accurately at the time of booking for Kundali-based services
- Inaccurate or incomplete birth details may affect the quality and accuracy of the astrological reading; we cannot be held responsible for any inaccuracies resulting from incorrect information provided by the client
- Appointment slots are subject to availability and confirmed only upon receipt of any required advance payment
4. Fees & Payment
The following terms apply to all payments made for our services:
- Consultation fees are charged as per the current fee schedule published on our website or communicated at the time of booking
- Fees are payable in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise agreed
- Accepted payment methods include online bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS/UPI), and other methods as notified
- For remote consultations, payment or a partial advance may be required at the time of booking to confirm the appointment
- Fee amounts and payment terms for Vastu site visits may differ and will be confirmed at the time of booking
5. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We understand that circumstances may arise requiring changes to your appointment. Our cancellation and rescheduling policy is as follows:
- Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time are eligible for a full refund or free rescheduling
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the consultation fee
- No-shows (failure to attend without prior notice) will forfeit the full consultation fee
- Rescheduling requests made at least 24 hours in advance will be accommodated subject to availability, at no additional charge
- Astrologer Ashish Somani reserves the right to reschedule or cancel an appointment in exceptional circumstances. In such cases, a full refund or alternative appointment will be offered
6. Refund Policy
Given the personalised and time-intensive nature of astrological and Vastu consultations, our refund policy is as follows:
- Refunds will be considered only in cases where a consultation was not delivered due to reasons attributable to us
- Once a consultation has been delivered — whether in person or remotely — fees are non-refundable, as the service has been rendered
- For written reports (Kundali reports, Vastu reports, etc.), refunds will not be issued once the report has been delivered to the client
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original mode of payment
7. Client Responsibilities
As a client of Astrologer Ashish Somani, you agree to the following responsibilities:
- Provide accurate and truthful personal information, including birth details and property details, as required for the consultation
- Arrive (or log in, for remote consultations) on time for your scheduled appointment
- Engage with the consultation in good faith and with a genuine intention to seek guidance
- Understand and accept that astrology and Vastu are advisory services, and all decisions remain your personal responsibility
- Respect the intellectual property of our consultation content, reports, and website materials — reproduction or sharing without permission is not permitted
8. Code of Conduct
We are committed to providing consultations in a respectful, ethical, and professional environment. We reserve the right to terminate a consultation and retain the consultation fee if a client:
Behaves in an abusive, threatening, or disrespectful manner toward the astrologer or any staff member
Provides intentionally false or misleading information
Attempts to record or reproduce consultation content without prior written consent
9. Intellectual Property
All materials produced during or as a result of a consultation — including written reports, charts, Vastu plans, recommendations, and any digital content — remain the intellectual property of Astrologer Ashish Somani unless otherwise explicitly agreed in writing.
You are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to use such materials for your own personal use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, publish, or commercially exploit any such materials without our prior written consent.
All website content, blog articles, service descriptions, images, and branding are the exclusive property of Astrologer Ashish Somani and protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
