Method & Sources

D1 Rashi chart · Lahiri ayanamsha · whole-sign houses · mean Rahu, with Ketu opposite. Swiss Ephemeris runs locally in WebAssembly, using its built-in Moshier ephemeris. Supported birth dates: 1900 to today; high polar latitudes require individual review. The five application-point rules come from Ashish’s perfume blog; empty houses use their sign lord as a calculator selection rule. Other houses receive no invented application point.

City coordinates and time zones: GeoNames, CC BY 4.0, dataset 23 October 2026; manual coordinates are available. Historical time offsets use your browser’s time-zone database. Swiss Ephemeris and sweph-wasm 2.6.9 are used under AGPL-3.0-or-later.
